Young adults with PWS have very few quality options after high school. C-15 Foundation is changing that. We are creating the first PWS-dedicated Live, Work, Play, and Thrive campus in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, approximately 20 minutes from the Atlanta airport. We are currently in the pre-development stage and continuing to seek our Founding Families. With half of the spots already committed, momentum continues to build.
This 108-acre development will be home to 24 young adults with PWS (ages 20-35) who have the desire and ability to achieve greater independence and self-development. The campus is designed to provide a genuine opportunity to live a more self-supportive life while still receiving guidance and oversight from on-campus coaches.
Living Spaces
The campus will offer 24 private tiny homes, each providing residents with their own space to make their own within a safe, connected community. Homes will not include kitchens or refrigerators.
Dining Hall
A free-standing, ultra-secure dining hall will serve a curated menu of healthy and nutritious foods, many of which will be grown on-site. This dining hall will be the only place on campus where food is accessible.
Activities Center
The on-campus Activities Center, located within walking distance of all residences, will include an indoor pool, walking track, and yoga room. Fun and engaging activities and classes designed to encourage movement will be available to all residents.
Sustainable Farm
The campus’s working farm will be the main source of ingredients for the dining hall. Fruits, vegetables, and healthy starches will be grown and tended by campus residents, then prepared by the kitchen staff for meals. This farming area will provide residents with daily tasks and an opportunity to care for small animals such as dogs and pigs.
